Throughout her years on the water, she garnered numerous accolades and was graced with exceptional owners, including Olle Grafstrom, a renowned jazz musician and visual artist who resided aboard for an extended period. In 1942, Mariska became the possession of the Royal Swedish Yacht Club, benefitting from the protection offered by their neutrality during the war. She remained in Sweden for 73 years.
Following her relocation to France, Mariska underwent an extensive restoration that spanned a decade.
