I’m just back from a visit to Camber Quay in Portsmouth where the AC75 Britannia was being readied for its final sail of the season. Bob Fisher was there to take a trip on the water to see this latest incarnation of America’s Cup racing yacht strut its stuff. It was clear he was non-plussed as to why the boat looked like it did, which isn’t surprising as he cut his America’s Cup teeth during the 12 Metre era.
